Design Develop Construct Journal featured a story about the development of the facility.
“We are taking 45 acres that had very old, functionally obsolete buildings, and turning that site into a modern, 380,000 square foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility,” says Edward Harrington, Senior Vice President of Development at CenterPoint. “Such vast acreage is a rarity in a land-constrained city.”
