Winter is coming but the good news is construction is on schedule and the outer shell of the facility is complete. Exterior doors and windows have been installed, the exterior painting is complete, HVAC mechanical equipment is in place and the roads and parking lots have all been paved. The crew even got a jump on the landscaping due to the recent warm weather and planted evergreen trees along the south side of the property.
What’s Next?
The site has experienced a significant transformation since the groundbreaking in March. The focus is now on the interior of the building, which includes the build-out of the rail car assembly and testing areas in addition to office space. The remaining landscaping will be completed in the spring.
